While it’s a fun experience they share what they’ve learned through the process of writing and editing.

133: Jingle Mingle: Engaging ECS’ Grandparent Community

Annual Fund Director and Equip host Brandon Artiles welcomes two guests who have witnessed ECS’ generational impact for God’s Kingdom and the gospel. Both Paula Cowart and Nancy Binkley are former educational leaders at ECS, as well as current grandparents and parents of alumni. They share how ECS engages its grandparent community throughout the year, including through the annual Christmas tradition, Jingle Mingle.

Senior Lainey Bowden, Junior Keller Todd, and 7th grader Graham Pearson share about their preparation and what has made this show exciting for them. ECS Performing Arts director Lynden Jones and MS Drama Teacher Abby Rooks also discuss how fun it has been guiding their students through this creative process.

Super Bowl champion, NFL Pro Bowl long snapper, and ECS class of 2005’s Morgan Cox joins the podcast to share how special it is to be back on campus to have his cardinal & gold #53 jersey number retired. Cox was honored at halftime of ECS’ Sept. 1, football game joined by family and dozens of his closest friends.
